Delete your AUN account.
You can remove your AUN account and all associated data at any time. Two ways: from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have it installed.
How to delete your account
You can request deletion of your AUN account and all associated data in two ways. Both options result in the same irreversible deletion — pick whichever is easier for you.
Method 1 — From inside the AUN mobile app
- Open the AUN app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- You'll receive a confirmation email at the address linked to your account.
- Tap the link in the email to confirm.
- Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Method 2 — By email (if you no longer have the app)
Send a request to support@aunweplay.com from the email address linked to your AUN account, with the subject "Delete my account".
We verify the request comes from the account holder and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
What gets deleted
- Profile data (email, username, avatar, sport preferences)
- Match history and player slot participation
- Chat messages you sent
- Push notification tokens
- Marketing consent records
- All linked devices
What is retained
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics — these contain no personal data and cannot be linked back to you.
- Records strictly required by law — currently none for AUN.
